Twistleton Scars Chapel-le-Dale

admin May 23, 2019

Twistleton Scars Chapel-le-Dale

Twistleton Scars are limestone pavements – a natural karst landform consisting of a flat, incised surface of exposed limestone that resembles an artificial pavement to the North West of Ingleborough.
This area is at the Chapel-le-Dale end of the scarr.
